Privacy Policy

Last updated October 4, 2026

This policy applies to all games and apps published by Creative Anger, across supported platforms, and to our websites. It explains how Inspector Network, LLC d/b/a Creative Anger ("we") handles information for gameplay, online profiles, progress, leaderboards, account recovery, security, and support.

Available features, sign-in options, and settings vary by game, platform, and app version. The descriptions below apply to the features offered in the game you use. Website analytics and support information are described separately.

Questions, or a request about your data: help@inspectornetwork.com or contact Creative Anger support. You can request data access or deletion without a game account or reinstalling an app.

What we do not do in our games

  • No advertising, no ad identifiers, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
  • No access to your location, camera, photos, contacts, or microphone.
  • No email address, phone number, real name, or password is needed to play. An email address for account recovery is optional.
  • We never sell your data.

Your identity in each game

Each game has its own player profile, generated public name, progress, and privacy settings. You do not need to create a shared Creative Anger account. We do not store user-generated nicknames on our platform.

We do not ask for your real name, phone number, postal address, or birthdate to create a game profile. You may optionally provide an email address for account recovery, as described below. The technical identifiers and gameplay information described here allow the game to recognize your profile and save your results.

Online profiles are optional. You can use the offline play available in your game without creating a profile, subject to any unresolved mandatory age or store requirement described below. Online features can include saved progress, daily challenges, achievements, and leaderboards.

Device-based profiles. Where offered, the app creates a random credential and installation identifier and keeps the credential in secure device storage. Our service receives these to authenticate you, along with the app version. We store a hashed version of the device secret. Some credentials are tied to an installation; others may use iCloud Keychain synchronization. Recovery depends on the game and your device and account settings. Credentials and saved games do not necessarily transfer together to another device.

Platform sign-in. Where a game offers Game Center sign-in, Apple provides a player identifier and signed proof for authentication. This does not give us your Apple Account password or email address. Platform sign-in is available only in games that offer it; installing another game does not give it the same sign-in options.

Our service creates player and game-profile identifiers and authentication sessions. Your profile holds your generated public name, publication setting, and the progress associated with that game. The app keeps credentials and session information in secure device storage.

Optional recovery email and marketing permission

Where account recovery by email is available, you can choose to provide an email address for us to store and use to help you recover access to your game profile. We use it to send verification and account-recovery messages. You do not need to provide an email address to play, and your recovery email is not displayed on public leaderboards.

We will not use your recovery email address for marketing unless you explicitly give us permission during email verification. Verifying your email address alone does not grant marketing permission. This choice is optional and separate from account recovery.

You can contact help@inspectornetwork.com or support to withdraw marketing permission or request removal of your recovery email. Withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent you from using the address for account recovery.

Public leaderboards

When leaderboard publication is enabled, other players can see your generated public name, eligible results such as completion times, and ranks. Public leaderboard responses also include profile or record identifiers. Public names are generated by our service rather than supplied by players.

Publication controls and their starting settings vary by game. Review the choice during profile setup or in the game's profile or leaderboard settings. Where this control is offered, turning publication off removes your entries from that game's public leaderboards once the change reaches our service. Your private profile and progress remain; hiding results does not delete your profile.

Where reporting is available, we receive the reported entry and the reason or details you provide. You can also contact support about a public entry. We use these reports to review concerns and moderate the service.

Gameplay results

When you use online play, our service receives information needed to start attempts, process results, and maintain progress. Depending on the game, this includes attempt and puzzle identifiers, round or challenge date, board or puzzle information, rules version, difficulty, mode, play style, outcome, active and paused time, assists used, timing interruptions, completion time, and app version. Some games submit a completed solution for validation.

We use these records for results, rankings, achievements, progress recovery, and checks required by the game. A submitted result or completed solution is different from a move-by-move history; our current games keep their detailed move histories locally.

Where a game offers importing earlier offline progress, choosing to import sends completion summaries to our service. Turning off public leaderboards does not stop the processing needed for the online features you use.

Information on your device

Games store saved boards or puzzles, local statistics, preferences, pending uploads, and age-check status on your device. Some of this information is separate from the summaries sent for online play. Device backups or operating-system synchronization may include local data, depending on the game, platform, and your settings. Local storage does not guarantee recovery or synchronization across devices.

Technical data

When you connect, our servers and hosting providers receive connection information such as your internet address, request time, and technical request details. This information can be processed in logs for service operation, abuse prevention, security, and troubleshooting. Requests to authenticated features also carry identifiers needed to associate them with your profile.

How long we keep data

  • Profiles, saved online progress, achievements, and lasting results are retained to provide your online profile and game features until they are deleted.
  • Optional recovery email addresses are retained to provide account recovery. You can contact us to request removal of your address or withdraw marketing permission separately.
  • Attempt details and authentication records have retention needs related to result processing, account access, recovery, and security. Their retention can differ from that of lasting results.
  • Support messages, moderation records, logs, and deletion receipts have separate retention needs for resolving requests, preventing abuse, and documenting actions taken.

Retention varies by data type and service. Backup copies can remain after deletion from active systems, and there is no single 30-day retention period for all data. Contact us for the retention and backup details relevant to your game or request. Legal obligations or unresolved security issues may also require some records to be retained.

Deleting your data

Use the profile-deletion option in your game's account, player, or profile settings, where available. The confirmation identifies what you are deleting. Deleting a selected game profile removes its online profile and associated progress and public results, and revokes its sign-in sessions. Local cleanup depends on the game and selected player. A game-profile deletion preserves other game profiles and separate guest saves; it is not a request to erase every game you have played with us.

Disconnecting, choosing offline play, or uninstalling an app does not itself delete a server profile. We keep deletion receipts and related security records to verify requests, prevent duplicate processing, and recover interrupted deletions. These can include request identifiers, hashed values, and timestamps; they are not necessarily anonymous. Backup copies and separately retained support or moderation records may remain as described above.

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, including a recovery email address or data from more than one game, request data access or deletion through support or email help@inspectornetwork.com. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to contact us. Tell us which game or games your request concerns. We need to verify ownership before disclosing or deleting profile data; a public name or record identifier alone is not proof of ownership.

Data held separately by a platform provider, such as Game Center achievements, is managed through that provider and is not deleted by deleting a Creative Anger profile.

Children and age checks

Our games are not directed at children under 13. In games that use platform age checks, the app requests an age range from Apple or age signals from Google Play on supported systems. This flow does not ask you to enter a birthdate, save the shared range or its source, or send an exact age to our game server. The app retains only a local check marker and any unresolved mandatory restriction.

Online access through this flow requires a fresh shared range entirely 13 or older. Younger or ambiguous ranges, optional refusal, errors, and unsupported systems generally allow offline play. An unresolved mandatory age, verification, or parental-approval requirement can pause app access without deleting saved games. For this flow, iOS versions earlier than 26 support offline play only.

Age checks happen before game-server access or supported platform game sign-in. Apple or Google may communicate with their services while providing the age check, even when online play is unavailable. The 13-or-older threshold is our rule for online features; other platform or regional requirements can still apply.

Earlier app versions, including test builds, may have sent a numeric age at signup. Updating an app does not itself delete information already held by our service. Contact us about access or deletion, or if you believe a child has created an online profile that should not exist.

Service providers and processing locations

We use service providers to host and operate our game service, websites, support, and email delivery. They process the information needed for those services, including verification, recovery, and any marketing emails you have permitted. Processing and storage locations depend on the service and may be outside your country. Contact us for information about the providers and locations relevant to your request.

Our games can use third-party software libraries for app functionality. Platform services, such as age sharing, secure storage, backups, and Game Center where supported, are provided by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies and your account settings. These services are separate from our game profiles and website analytics.

Our websites

CreativeAnger.com uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors find and use the site, and to improve its content. Our other public websites may also use Google Analytics. Where enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you interact with the site, your browser and device type, referral information, and your approximate location.

Google processes this information to provide analytics reports. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and read Google's Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, in supported browsers, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Website preferences, such as your choice of light or dark appearance, are stored in your browser. Website analytics is separate from our games; we do not use Google Analytics in our games.

Support

Our support page opens an Assistable contact form. It asks for your name, email address, an optional subject, and your message. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, and handle requests about your data. You can send a request without an account. These support details are separate from the information needed to create a game profile.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear at this address with an updated date. When a game's data practices change, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide any notices or choices required for that change.
